How often are therapy sessions?

Sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis and are 50 minutes. As you approach the ending phase of treatment and your goals are being reached, sessions can begin to taper off. 

How many sessions would I see you?

That depends on you and your goals. I provide both short-term and long-term therapy. 

What are your fees and how do you accept payment?

Please call for information about fees. Payment is due at time of service, unless a prior payment plan is arranged, in the form of cash or check. 

Do you have a sliding fee scale?

Please inquire about my sliding fee scale and how it may apply to your situation. On occasion, I will be able to take your current financial situation into account when setting up session fees. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you miss your appointment without 24-hour notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. 

Do you take insurance?

I’m an out-of-network provider and do not have contracts with insurance companies. I will be happy to provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, if applicable. Please check with your insurance provider regarding your eligibility for reimbursement. 

Can I do therapy via Skype or phone? 

Yes, Skype and phone sessions are available.
